Well. We've had our first two sessions at training and it's good to see how the boys and girls are getting into it so quickly.
As we said to them on Monday, District rugby is a big step up from what they will be used to at the club or school as they are all surrounded by better players.
We look forward to working with the kids and will be back at our home training ground, Graig y Coed on Monday.
We've asked them all to practice their passing skills over the summer holidays. The more time they spend with a ball in their hands, the better their skills will become, so please encourage them as much as possible.
Passing and catching are the most important skills in rugby.
